The best place to get help is to join the building WhatsApp group. You don't need to be a member of the Residents Association to join and it is a great way of getting answers to questions and getting to know your neighbours. To join the group, you must have WhatsApp installed on your phone and be invited by someone already in the group - just ask a neighbour to add you.
